Used Royal Construction to finish our basement. Ben and his team were extremely professional, kind, and were always making sure we were satisfied with the work. We were up front on our expectations on communication and he delivered. He let us know when items were getting completed and would text me as needed. We ran into a couple unforeseen issues, caused by the initial builder, and they were able to assess the situation and offer multiple options for us.

RCR did a very professional job preparing my 21 year old garage drywall with taping and mudding, and sanding. This prepared the walls and ceiling for a perfect, smooth white painting finish. RCR also built a floor to ceiling shelving unit with more than adequate space for storing items. I plan to have them put doors on this fine structure. Highly recommend RCR.
