When you build with Royal Construction & Remodeling, we make the process easy and smooth! We will discuss your needs and preferences with you and help you select beautiful, durable materials for the project.
We will guide you through some of the areas that are commonly overlooked in the deck layout and selection process as well and best practices for cost effective layouts and sizes.
Our Process:
- Initial Meeting & Estimate: We will meet to discuss requested deck size and any specifics for an esimate. An estimate with your requested deck size and any specific requests will be sent via email for review.
- Acceptance and Selctions: Once you accept the estimate, one of our project managers will bring the decking and railing samples to you! We have 30+ decking samples from Azek, TimerTech, and Trex!
- Permiting & HOA's: Once selections are made, renderings and plans are drafted for permiting review by the city. If you are in an HOA, renderings can be provided for you to submit to your HOA.
- Build Scheduled: Your project manager will relay materials delivery dates and start date to you
- Final inspection: Final inspections are requested throught the city
